This Week V-Tech have launched our live Google chat service. The live chat service enables customers to speak to a member of the V-Tech team live from our websites. Any questions or queries can now be solved and discussed in minutes.
We have introduced this new service to both our V-Tech diagnostic and Garage equipment websites. Simply look out for the V-Support icon below.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve our services and customer support, that’s why we installed ‘Kissinsights’, a pop up survey on our websites to get our visitors opinions and tell us what we can do better.
