This month V-Tech UK begin selling the brand new Opus CMT PRO Advanced unit. The CMT (Compact multi tester) is a popular affordable diagnostic system for the workshop. The CMT can perform many functions including serial diagnose (OBD/OBDII/eOBD) read/erase fault codes and perform service resets. Live data can also be read via eOBD. The diagnostic unit can also be used wirelessly via bluetooth, meaning you can work up to 10 meters away from the car.

The new CMT Advanced Pro is the latest diagnostic tool on the market and includes many advantages over the previous CMT unit. Some of the new features include a flight recorder, battery operated for flight recorder purposes, bluetooth, exchangeable diagnostic cable, flashlight LED that fits into the OBD2 socket and more.
