The new VAG V-Tool has been designed to allow a safe environment in which to service braking systems on the newer vehicles in the VAG range. From simple calliper retraction on Passat, to the more involved pad calibration required on the newer A8, the VAG EPB V-Tool reset tool will do the job. Tilt Angle calibration is required for vehicles with the Auto Hold parking brake control, this could be after crash damage or sensor replacement, calibration is required for the correct operation of this system.
