1. I can't get into the members area
  The V-Tech UK Members is accessible only to the following:
Hanatech; i.e. Multiscan, Ultrascan, JK100, Diagnostic handsets and is a subscribing member to the Hanatech Updates subscription.
Win-Star: Any of the Win-Star software applications
Opus: Any of the Opus Software applications

2. I already have a username and password but it does not work
  If you are Hanatech customer (i.e. using Ultrascan / JK100 or Multiscan system the reason for this is that you have not purchased the Hanatech update subscription for the current year.

If you are a Winstar/Opus user this is probably an error, kindly contact us to have your accounts reinstated.

3. I have not bought anything yet but just want to see

  Unfortunately this is ‘Members Only Section ' and is available only to current customers who have purchased equipment from us.

4. I have a VAG-COM system, where are my downloads?

  All the VAG-COM downloads are in our non-members download section. Click here.
