1.) I can't get into the members area to download updates
The V-Tech UK Members are is currently disabled
Hanatech; i.e. Multiscan, Ultrascan, are now updated through the Host Pro software which is an online based program, hence there is no need to download updates from the members area.
Winstar- These updates can be downloaded directly from the ICM website www.icm.com.tw
Opus; i.e. CMT, AMT. The updates for this equipment are supplied to users within their subscription period by CD.
2.) I already have a username and password but it does not work
As this part of the site is disabled you no longer need the username and password to access the members section. All appropriate information is now available on the website and does not require user login.
3.) I have a Ross-Tech VAG-COM, where do I download updates?

4.) Where do I download the latest version of Host Pro to update my Hanatech scan tool?
5.) I cannot remember how to update my Hanatech handset, how do I do this?
